Our service is top priority and due to current demand we are currently only scheduling tours for potential tenants that have already applied via Avail.com. In return we are not requiring any additional deposit to hold a unit. Once you apply it will reserve a unit under your name until you are able to tour. FAQ

Where do I apply?

We only accept applications through our website midlandsapartments.com. Once you apply, a unit will be reserved. We do not require a deposit to hold a unit since the application fee is $55. We cannot take personal information and apply on someones behalf. If you need assistance call Avail (312) 292-9347.

How soon can i move in?

Since we are a new construction development, we can generally move in residents within 48hrs after lease signing.

What utilities do I pay?

Every month residents will pay $60 for water, sewer, and trash in addition to rent. Residents will only be responsible for renters insurance, electricity, and if you choose TV/Internet via Xfinity.

What is your pet policy?

We allow up to 2 pets, up to 50lbs each. We do charge a one time pet fee of $500 and then $10 per month per pet.

What is your guest parking policy?

While we only allow two vehicle per unit with one in the garage and one in the driveway we understand the need for guest parking. Currently we have guest parking in the middle of the development and on the ends. Street parking is not permitted.
